Though Boston is her current home, Kristen Kish made a name for herself here in Puget Sound when she was crowned Bravo's Top Chef, Season Ten, based in Seattle. Most recently, Kish was chef de cuisine at Barbara Lynch's Stir and Menton Boston restaurants.

Mutsuko Soma is on a mission to make soba the next quinoa or kale. After working at top Seattle restaurants like Chez Shea and the Harvest Vine, she returned to Japan to study the art of making soba noodles by hand. Today, her popular Japanese gastropub Miyabi 45th is the culmination of her 
dream to bring this traditional culinary art to the Northwest.

Featured in Seattle foodie favorite blogs like eater.com and seattleglobalist.com, high school sweethearts Prometheus Brown (aka Geo of Blue Scholars) and Chera Amlag are the creators behind a series of irreverently named pop-up restaurant events in Seattle. The husband-and-wife duo work together to design dishes inspired by their Filipino upbringing, seasoned by their love of the Pacific Northwest.

Edward Villacorta is the definition of a world-traveled chef. Born in the Philippines, Ed spent his formative years honing his skills in kitchens across the United States, working for the world-renowned Walt Disney World Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels. As head pastry chef at The Westin Seattle, Ed and his team are responsible for creating thousands of desserts each day for the hotel and its visitors.
