A Moveable Feast
Embark on a culinary journey to the Philippines with a Kamayan dinner for up to ten (10) people. A Kamayan is a communal Filipino feast where all the foods are spread on a table typically covered with banana leaves, and diners use their hands to eat. This dinner will allow you and your guests to immerse yourselves in the rich tapestry of Filipino flavors, where the act of sharing a meal becomes a celebration of culture, connection and community. You will relish in the variety of dishes, from savory adobo, crispy lechon, flavorful lumpia and fragrant garlic rice, complemented by fresh fruits, sweets, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Chef Jonnah Ayala (Musang, Tayler) draws from the rich culinary tradition of the Philippines, infusing classic dishes with modern techniques, while incorporating the vastness of the Pacific Northwest’s local and seasonal bounty.
