Even before Paul Qui made a splash as the winner of season 9 of Bravo's Top Chef, he was wowing diners as executive chef at Uchiko restaurant in Austin, Texas. Born in Manila, Philippines, Qui likes to takes a modern twist on his classic French and Japanese culinary training.
